How does this program fair
Hey guys im about to start 5-3-1
I have attached a photo the routine.. the 2/3/4th week are just continued with 5-3-1 same accessories etc..
Stats
5ft6, 70kg will be bulking,,
One reps TRAINING MAXES are in photo estimates
Will i make good progress and is it enough volume etc .. will be starting in a week or so..
Anything to change? Thanks!
