    Alternative for

    What is good alternative for high row and plate seated row? I do not have these machines at the gym.

    Get strong on pendlay rows... if low back recovery etc is very limited from lots of deadlift volume etc then slight incline dumbbell seal rows are good

    Or you could use the lat pulldown handle on a cable seated row machine, if you have that.

    And what's a "plate seated row"?

    Yep then I would just use the lat pulldown handle on a seated cable row machine. Does your gym have one of those?
