The fact you can get the game on next gen consoles for free is the only thing stopping me from getting a refund.

Next Gen is nowhere near PC, but Next Gen is waaaay more powerful than old gen. I imagine we'll see a pretty big leap

open in a new window/tab and zoom in, pretty crazy.... the next 10-15 years of games are gunna be some amazing shiet now that consoles are dipping into ray tracing.

Have you seen what the actual PS5 version will look like? You are comparing up to date PCs to PS4’s and Xb1’s.

$800 is still extremely cheap in comparison to a gaming PC. a top tier gaming PC is like twice that.

they would need to come out with a $1500 console to match a high-end gaming PC

i spent like $1500 on my build two years ago? and it's not considered a high-end GPU anymore I think. I got a vega 64.

ps4 is only like $400? worth of hardware. but it's complete. I think for me this is the end of PC gaming, and i'll switch to ps5 when it's affordable just cause PC gaming is expensive to keep up with. like there's the GPU, then u gotta get the CPU, and the RAM to go with it.

Dragon age Origins had a far better origins stories for their characters,you actually spent time in your origin story, got to know them, the world and characters you met in your origin story came back.... Cyberpunk Origin stories were completely meaningless, add nothing to the story and its obvious there was a ton of cut content.


There are some story beats in there thats supposed to be impactful but none of them are earned in any way because the game rushes everything .... The moment to moment main narrative is really really good so far, but everything feels really rushed and disjointed if that makes sense, like there should have been more threads.


I thought a short campaign would have been decent, but actually feels more like they rushed it/cut stuff.

bioware were the masters of this before they were bought out by EA and most of the core people left the company, even though mass effect is my favorite gaming franchise of all time, origins was probably their best game

i finished cyberpunk a few hours ago and the ending and the last few main missions were very disappointing, to the point where the game for me went from a 8.0-8.5/10 to 6.5-7/10 at best,

at the ending credits the fan service made zero sense for me, in fact there was a story continuity error, i don't want to spoil - which made me wonder why i bothered with side missions at all


i also regret playing as a corpo, thought it would give me the best dialogues but it was really pointless should've gone nomad, which is clearly the best back story

boss fights were trash too especially the last one

all the romance option for my male v where garbage too, so much so that i didn't romance anybody but that japanese hooker, dakota seemed like a milf but when i visited her nothxjeff

Holy fuk. So tonight I downloaded the last patch, said a prayer and left the night club where the game starts. Immediately, and FOR THE FIRST TIME since I got my PS4, I finally heard the jet engine sound people have talked about. I walked a little further to the first guy repairing the car. Still in the compound, mind you, but I could see the city in the background.

Dude the graphics are so grainy and blurry. There's no sharp lines, textures are awful. It feels like the game hasn't rendered all the details yet. And keep in mind.... I didn't even enter the city! I was just in the back yard of the pub. What a fuking mess. I'm not gonna torture my ps4 like that.

finally realized you have two different types of skill points....

going full crafting/engineer then will fill out the rest in cyber/hacking stuff.

There are a lot of missions and side quests where you need a certain level of hacking or brute force to open doors..I'm stuck on the mainquest because I don't have enough points to force doors open...don't even know how I'm supposed to improve those stats. Is it just base level or do I need to use tokens?

Also I think some side quests are broken. There's one where you're supposed to rescue a wife that was kidnapped, but when I showed up and killed everyone she wasn't there.

You need to put more points into tech/body if you want to open doors .... But have you properly explored the level? with a bit of exploration/going outside/surveying the area there are all sorts of ways you can approach the areas. Unless there's literally no way through then in that case you need to level up I suppose, but from my experience there's quite a few ways to get into places. Just gotta be a bit creative and aware and work dat eurojank srs.

I dont know whats happening to me but I dont see the graphics nice anymore, and Im playing ultra rtx everything. I was amazed at first but now im at meh, too much pop and blur, and visual glitches too.

I’m so torn on this game as a console brah. I was watching e3 gameplay of when they first showed and it feelsbadman. It’s not even about the graphics either. I think I’m just going to leave this game alone for now lol
