Here's a list of some things that standard patches can address:
Glitches (e.g. T-posing NPCs, quest bugs, floating cigarettes, missing items in hands, etc.)
Optimization (e.g. FPS improvements, graphical improvements, etc.)
Minor tweaks (e.g. game economy, render distance, size of the minimap, making the closet a container like the stash, etc.)
CTD issues


Here's a list of things that patches can't address and likely require full overhauls that would be equivalent to a major title update a la The Division or No Man's Sky due to poor implementation (or lack thereof):
Pedestrian AI (e.g. day/night cycles, interactivity, reactions to danger, introduction of petty crime like theft, etc.)
Police AI (e.g. trigger based on witnesses/lore-based presence, arrival, pursuit, bounties, MaxTac, etc.)
Vehicular AI (e.g. basic stimuli response, adaptation/improvisation, etc.)
Combat AI (e.g. stealth/breaking contact, coordination, etc.)
Dynamic events (e.g. car accidents triggering Trauma Team, police responding to calls, etc.)
Radiant quests (e.g. respawning NCPD dispatches, basic gigs, etc.)
Procedural rendering/memory loss (e.g. citizens/cars changing or despawning when out of view)
Post-creation character customization (e.g. tattoos, haircuts, genitals, etc.)
Clothing/gear customization (i.e. overhaul to the clothing system)
Weapon damage/rarity overhaul (e.g. lore-based damage/value/rarity depending on manufacturer, departing from MMO gaming industry standard loot rarity/damage system)

And for anything else would take years

People are acting like if they wait it will be fixes for the 2nd part

But are most likely only get the bug fixes from the first part. (and those aren't even game breaking)

Hell ya! If you forget about stats (as you should; I'm playing on the hardest difficulty and it's piss easy with no min-maxing), you can get into this games fashion scene pretty well. I'm rocking that same arasaka vest with the netrunner full body, skin tight threads and a bandana. I've got a Adam Jensen corpo thing going on with a full stealth, silenced handgun/mantis blades, and netrunner build. Roll playing in this game is dope

it was lol. true fans of the series know it. compare the story of witcher 2 to witcher 3. 9999% of people that played the witcher 2 disliked the story of the witcher 3, same as me, it was disappointing in comparison. the witcher 3 was a wild goose hunt of randomness. posted it about it before, but i doubt anyone here was a fan of the witcher before witcher 3. they butchered triss. roche and triss in the witcher 2 were way stronger characters than anyone in the witcher 3, except for maybe ciri and the two chicks in blood and wine. definitely didn't do any favors for shani in the witcher 3 except for the dlc, she was barely in the main game. **** idk if she was even in the main game i can't remember. but she should've been in it more as she was in oxenfurt the entire time. this is a character who was basically geralt's best friend next to triss in the first game.

If you don't get what made Witcher 3 spectacular and stylish in every detail but you like the basic crappy W2 better it just means you don't understand quality and have some backwards takes. You can stfu about it already nobody agrees with your trolling.

I went back and watched gameplay and all cutscenes of Witcher 2 before starting 3 and it was retarded and Geralt looked ugly, boxy, and autistic. I loaded up Witcher 1 and it felt like I was on crack trying to play it.

They told people that it was running very well on them.

Went broke buying the cybernetic enhancement that lets you have a higher jump, cottdamn, but hnnngh, this would have been a game changer in some of my earlier missions. Now I'm scrounging up a nother 45k to get the double jump and may grind out some more to get some other enhancements i'm eyeing. Specifically the missile one. But I need to get another 45k to get the second leg enhancement .... The economy needs a serious rework or they need to give us higher payouts because brb trying to buy everything + the cars will be impossible.


Man some of these "question" marks on the map is so good lol, come across funny random little missions. These are basically the "mysteries" from AC Valhalla. brb side quests and "mysteries" .... meanwhile AC counts these as sidequests lmao.

I’m a little over 25 hours in now and it’s really starting to come together. I just worry that my character skills are too broad and unfocussed.

Wut? Economy is fine. In only 25 hours I’ve bought multiple cars and cybernetics and have close to $200k saved up not even grinding for money. You can’t be doing the right gigs. Some pay out $10k+ for 30-45 minutes of work.
You’re not supposed to be able to buy everything in the game 5 days after it releases...
