I would say the energy is consistent with other CL pres. It's smooth and consistent, nothing over the top, and gets the job done.

Finally got myself a tub at the end of this past week. I'll be honest I was initially skeptical after seeing the changes to the formula but much to my surprise on my first try, that energy hit was immediately noticeable and long-lasting. Granted, it was only the first attempt and I hadn't eaten anything yet but I usually don't before hitting the gym. I'll write a review after getting through at least another week but definitely happy with this one. Gummy worm is not bad at all, not too sweet- kinda candy-tasting as previously mentioned. Pumps were noticeable and my focus was significantly better than I expected. Nicely done yet again CL.

I just invert the scoop (handle down) and plant it in the powder, goes right in. I thought about just cutting it quick myself with kitchen scissors (seems like it'd be real easy) but whenever I use enough of a flavor to get it to the bottom of that tall container I may miss the missing portion.
