    Biceps 3 times a week

    My programme is

    Day 1 - Chest / Triceps

    Day 2 - Back / Biceps

    Day 3 - Legs / Shoulders

    I want a simple anwser, will my biceps grow faster if i do it instead of Triceps and Shoulders.

    Like that:

    Day 1 - Chest / Biceps

    Day 2 - Back / Biceps

    Day 3 - Legs / Biceps

    I dont care that i will have smaller shoulders ot triceps. Because my biceps is growing the slowest

    Yes, your biceps will grow faster. It sounds like a god-awful idea though, why don't you get on a beginner program and stick to it? Anytime you're ditching two muscle groups in order to hit one muscle group three times a week, you're setting yourself up for a ****ty physique in the long-term

    Triceps are still 2/3 of the arm and go on a real routine bro if your a beginner instead of a split. If you want your bicep to grow more don’t skip over other muscle groups just incorporate other exersises into your routine

    Please listen to this. You don't want an unbalanced physique.

    Not only will it look horrible, but imbalances increase risk of injury. You're not advanced enough to require weakpoint training.

    sounds like an impending injury. just hit them like you would any other muscle and make sure you're hitting the other muscles in your arms too.

    if you only work out 3 days a week don’t do a ppl program

    I do biceps 3 times a week, but i also do forearm, triceps, calves, and side laterals 3 times a week because who doesn’t like big arms and calves and shoulders are weak points for me.

    db row: 120x8
    bench: 195x6
    squat: 300x5

    Men’s Physique: 43 weeks out.

    Goal: 160 5-7% on stage

    I would stick to the original p/p/l, switch shoulders to chest day/ legs alone.
