Quick question, can magnesium creatine chelate replace my daily magnesium pill?

Im using magnesium oxide which has the lowest absortion ratio.

I will use engn by evl. Which has 2g of MCC.

I am not sure about ENGN's product. Chelated minerals are a very good source as they absorbed well; iirc like 95%.

You could look at any Magnesium Citrate as well. Citrate has like 90% absorption and is quite cheap.
