This past week i've started one of Jonnie Canditos linear programs again. Im hoping to do another powerlifting competition in the next year or so. My most recent PR's are:
Bench Press: 230
Squat: 285
Deadlift: 405
OHP: 125 1x6
My all time PR's are the following:
Bench Press: 230
Squat: 335
Deadlift: 410
My current bodyweight is at about 205-210. Im working on bulking up and leanly building muscle. Before this most recent bulk I cut weight down to about 190. Im hoping to gain slowly up to about 225lbs. Im hoping to compete again before I turn 24. Before that date I have the following lift goals:
Bench: 275
Squat: 415
Deadlift: 500
