Question How much protein on a cut?

I've heard many times that the recommended intake when cutting while minimizing muscle loss
    Is 2.3-3.1 kg

Is this to be multiplied by lbm or total mass?

I thought from your other posts you will continue to gain mass since you have 6 mos of lifting only; now you want to cut?

Its really too early, I would say pack on way more mass bro

Saw an article in another thread titled "Starvation Mode – Why You Probably Never Need to Worry About It". Is a pretty interesting read and the podcast clip is pretty interesting as well. May not quite be what your looking for, but is a good read.

Told my boss today was a cheat day and he asked, "What's that?" You know he doesn't lift.

I find 1.2 g/lbm of bw to usually be enough
