Main reason for lifting would be just to keep looking good and be able to eat bad food on occasion without being a fat slob. Obviously lifting heavy is nice but as you start getting older it becomes less about that and more about the mind muscle connection with each rep.
Not sure if Manga counts as comic book as I do love xmen etc but Dragonball will always be my favorite. Goku will always be #1 for the hero as most of the stories revolve around him and as for villain Perfect Cell or Frieza are hard to choose between.Instagram: Kornflake7

1) What first motivated me to lift was losing 50lbs and still not feeling good about how I looked, because I was skinny-fat. What keeps me motivated is how great it feels, I love getting my lifts done in the morning, and putting myself in a great mood for the rest of the day. It takes care of my physical, and mental health.
2) Favorite hero or villain? I'd go with Thanos for the time being, since IW part two is heavily on my mind. I like when villains aren't just evil for the sake of evil, he has logic, and reasoning behind his actions (however cruel it may be), and in his mind thinks he's doing the best thing for everyone.
Plus he dusted half the universe in a snap, so that's pretty awesome.
No chit! I loved the Turok game for gamecube, had no idea it was based on a comic.
