Hey guys.
Has anyone run this program?
If yes, how far are you/are you through with it?
How much has it added to your total? How many times per week are you in the gym and for how long?
Would you say it's a good program or is it better to stick to another (almost free) program like PH3 (more like a hybrid one) and repeat it a few times or other programs?
Any feedback is highly appreciated

I googled it, having run some Kizen programming in the past I'm going to say it's most probably not worth 150 bucks.
I can't imagine its much different from just running Sheiko through the app. Just my .02, I'd max myself out running free stuff until I significantly plateaued before I'd drop 150 or so on a template.http://www.nearly-man.com

there are free off season sheiko programs on the sheiko forum if u look aroundAwesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get.
