As the thread implies, I'm wondering how were your first 1-3 weeks in cutting?
I'm definitely feeling like **** rn due to the muscle glycogen, I look hella small, and there's so much fat around my body,
but I know it will get better. I honestly don't even know how my body looks like anymore, sometimes I think it looks good and then sometimes looks like ****,
anyways would be nice to hear others people's experience during the first weeks.
I'm currently only 1 week in so far and already lost 6 pounds, eating at 1800(offdays)-1900(lifting) calories daily
EDIT: positive sides, is I haven't experienced strength loss yet, infact im lifting heavier atm, I think my lifts will start fallin off at the 3rd week

Stick with it. It's definitely rough, especially early on, but progress in the mirror is key. I do see progress, and you've only been at it a very short time.
I've never done smart cutting, only ridiculous amounts for wrestling. THAT felt terrible. But, like anything, you kinda settle into it. You will look a little flatter, but the fat will start dropping.

The 2-3 weeks do in fact suck... After that you start noticing changes and settle into a groove and then (for me anyways) its pretty smooth sailing until the last 4-5 weeks which can be a bit of grind trying to get those last 5-10 lbs off.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Yeah, by some of your comments I felt you were eating low carbs. They’re all calories, and by eating lower carbs you’re sapping your energy and draining water from your muscle (causing that smaller look). Hit your protein and fat, then fill in the rest with carbs everyday would be My recommendation.
