Signature Series Crunch Bar

Flavor - 5/5 (Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough) I'm a big fan of protein bars. When I'm at work or on a road and don't have access to my meals, protein bars really help me out. I've tried lots of different protein bars, from worst to best and this one was one of my favorites. It's crunchy, has chocolate bits and a tasty chocolate covering layer. Most protein bars burn my throat with artificial sweeteners, but this one tasted like a typical candy bar.

Profile looks also solid. 20g protein a bit higher amount of carbs (20g), but it itastes so good, that I don't care about that

So it's a typical simple multivitamin formula. Although it says tot ake 1 capsule, at 1 cap it looks underdosed. Would say at 2-3 caps dosing would be decent.

Creatine

I don't drink creatine, so actually gave this to my brother. It's just a tasteless powder.

Signature BCAA

Flavor - 3/5 (Fruit Punch) A very typical fruit punch flavor. I always avoid this flavor. Signature bcaa is no exception. It's a typical strong artificial fruit punch flavor, slightly sour.


Mixability - 4/5 Mixed very well. Just a few floaters in the glass.


Profile is pretty basic - 5g bcaa with 3:1:1 ratio.

Signature Pre Workout

Flavor - 3.5/5 (Watermelon Lime) Again a very typical watermelon flavor. I can say, that signature line flavors are very accurate. You get exactly what you expect. It's a sort of "old school" artificial watermelon flavors, but definitely drinkable, no complains

Mixability - 4/5 Mixed better, then I expected. I've seen some very foamy images of this pre, but it mixed pretty okay.

Profile is very basic - l-citrulline at my favorite dosing (5g), Don't care much about leucine BA is okay, although I don't get tingles any more. Taurine's good and caffeine on the lower end.


Energy & focus - 2.5/5 Exactly what I expected. I'm a stim junkie so energy improvements were moderate. Mostly used this pre, when I didn't want to overstim myself (in the evening or before my job)


Pumps - 3.5/5 L-citrulline is my favorite pump ingredient and pumps were solid.


Overall, I like this pre. It's simple and you can always improve it by stacking it with something else. [/img]

Would try with peanut butter flavor. I think, those would be even better.
