    Question Bariatric surgery training

    Hello,

My sibling underwent bariatric surgery about three months ago. I want to hire a trainer. I want to my sibling to put on muscle mass, nothing crazy. I guess my question are there any websites (i.e. findyourtrainer.com) I can view with trainers dealing with these category of clients. I would be open to online training as well as one on one training.

Once cleared by doctors for exercise, the post-bariatric surgery person requires nothing special in terms of their training in the gym, so any competent trainer will do.

Because of reduced stomach space and not wanting to regain previous weight, diet will be trickier than for most people, and this is where the person should involve a dietician.
