im 32 year old male , ive been procastinating for years. but now the effect of age are starting to show on me and I aint going down that way!
5"10 168 lbs male , decently active due to beeing a roofer
program : starting strengh
goal bulk on SS until stalling and moving on to more intermediate program. then go on a cut whatever the time frame may be.
