    my journey

    not sure this belongs in the motivationsection but here goes!
    im 32 year old male , ive been procastinating for years. but now the effect of age are starting to show on me and I aint going down that way!
    5"10 168 lbs male , decently active due to beeing a roofer
    program : starting strengh
    goal bulk on SS until stalling and moving on to more intermediate program. then go on a cut whatever the time frame may be.

    starting # (02/02/19)a month ago before starting a proper program just to get into the mood 168lbs
    squat 135
    bench 115
    deadlift 135
    pendlay rows 95
    OH press 95

    1 month later first attempt at SS ( 02/03/19) 172lbs
    squat 185
    bench 125
    deadlift 145
    rows 95
    oh press 105

    A small Update I switched from STarting strnegh to Fierce 5 just after this post

    im now 174lbs
    Squat 235
    Bench 145
    Rdl 175
    Pendlays 165 ( deloaded to 125 as we speak)
    Oh Press 95 ( deloaded to 65 and now back up to 95)
