Gym advice for 16 year old beginner

Hey, I have boxing 3 times a week and I just started going to gym, before that I was doing dumbell workouts at home. My schedule is like this:

    Monday: Boxing 2 hours

    Tuesday: Gym

    Wednesday: Boxing 2 hours

    Thursday: Gym

    Friday: Boxing 2 hours

    Saturday: Gym

    Sunday: Rest

But my problem is that I don't have a good program and I have no clue that what kind of workouts should I do. Should I do split or full body. And i'm on a clean bulk right now if that even matters. I appreciate all answers.

You must go for full body that will tone up your physique and provide you better conditioning .Full body workouts build up stamina and works all muscles hence they will be much beneficial for you.
In full body workouts focus much on chin ups ,dumbbell curls and core/abdominal workouts.

IMHO a full body split would be best.

So I would do squats, deadlifts and benchpress most of the time? And if you have a program for a fullbody workout I would really want to see it

Usually it will split those moves up, since each is a compound move; Fierce 5 is a good routine, but there are plenty in the stickies to choose from that are good too. Find the one you feel is most appealing and follow it as written.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I like to clean bulk just bc I feel like c**p after eating junk food but up to you. I think you'll gain weight faster on a dirty bulk but itll be more fat.
