It has been a long time since I have been on this forum.
Mostly due to life & death.
Hoping I can get some insight from this great community.
Been on Keto since 1/25/19.
My story.
Always physically fit. 5' 10" 160 lbs. until last year.
I had major surgery that required having part of my intestine removed. While still recovering from it, my 3-4 days of work out had to cease and most of my time had to be spent doing nothing. So in that time, and not eating more, etc. Doing nothing led to a 30+ increase in weight.
My diet prior, as is now, is that I only eat 1 meal per day. No reason for it other than it has been that way since I was kid.
So on 1/25/19 began the Keto diet.
I began eating 2 Keto bowls from Chipotle for dinner which is under the 20G carbs, etc. Drank lots of water.
Learned about taking the Brain Octane fuel. So consumed a tablespoon in the am.
My typical day:
AM
2 glasses of ice water
1 Tablespoon of Bulletproof Brain Octane Fuel
Cup of coffee with heavy cream.
Vitamins (Centrum, Vitamin C, Zinc, Fish Oil)
NOON
Coffee with heavy cream
Tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil (when I remember)
MID AFTERNOON
Coffee with Heavy Cream
PM
Dinner
Steak made in lots of butter (or Salmon with lots of butter, sometimes chicken with pesto, sun-dried tomatoes & asparagus)
4 cups of Broccoli with cheese
3 Glasses of water
BEDTIME
1 Tablespoon of Bulletproof Brain Octane Fuel
As stated, been doing this since 1/25. About 2-3 weeks in, felt an energy surge, but since then (especially the last week) feeling low energy and cannot say I have lost much, if any weight at all.
