    Question Best back exercises (width)

    Hi guys,
Just wondering what you think are the best back exercises mainly for width as opposed to thickness. Currently incorporating barbell rows, lat pulldowns and pull ups into my routine. Any other suggestions?
    Thanks!

This question would be better posted in the exercise section.

Or just follow a proven plan which already incorporates the necessary exercises, but that might be too simple...

Get out of here with that 'logic' garbage. OP just needs to do a few 8 hour back days and he's good.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Try one-armed lat pulldowns where you stretch out at the top a bit in front of you and then with the peak contraction pull your hand a bit behind you while crunching towards the side you are pulling as well.

If the exercise is done with proper form then yes. Mike Thurston has a good video on youtube.
