I don't know if it is helpful or not, but keep up the good work. You made a lot of progress, try at least to maintain your results for some time until you will get motivation to move forward.
By the way, your steps count is very impressive. 20k steps/day seems a lot for me. I only manage to average 10k on a good week, but usually I get around 8k.

    Thanks Ivan,

I used this site as my inspiration and when i was busy with work didnt have time to get on, and lost my motivation, i have been reading back through the threads and feel it coming back, life got a bit on top of me there for a couple of weeks, work, home renovations, kids getting chicken pox, i know these are just excuses though, i need to try and look after my mental health more too, which is in the gym for me,

i do alot of walking with the dog and when i get home from work i dont sit down until around 9 930pm then bed at 10pm, as i have an office job i feel bad and try a bit harder to get my steps in after work,

Don't feel bad. I too have an office job. If you like walking, then great. If you don't like forcing your steps in then don't worry about it. Being active is definitely healthier than not, but whether you get 6,000 steps per day or 10,000 it has a tiny impact on weight loss compared to your nutrition.

Havent been keeping this up to date as much as i should have... i am still plugging away and seem to be coming out of my depression a little, starting to find my feet again,

have been hovering around the 13 stone mark for a few weeks now and just cant seem to get under it was 13 stone dead on the nose this morning, i think once i get passed this and under i will start losing at a better rate, funny how you hit a number and cant move passed it, i need to start tracking calories better have been a bit inconsistent lately,

Still not working out but keeping busy with house renovations, diet has been ok, got to just take one day at a time and stay positive,

it's good to hear that you have improvements, keep up the good work!
it's funny to read about the 13 stone mark, as I am in the same situation right now) I have been around 110kg for some time now, some days even 109.9kg, but after that back to over 110kg. it is also a round number as your mark, probably because of that I pay too much attention to it.

Sweet jesus... reading this back has been an eye opener... i dont know what happened, but i am back to where i started. Alot has changed for me over the last couple of years, i need to keep this up to date and use it like a diary. Small steps though, will be weighing myself tonight, set some goals and come back on Monday with these goals set out in a plan. Time to wake up again and find my focus.
