Hi guys,
Im relatively new to the world of bodybuilding so dont really know what to do.I'm 175 cm and 75kg.Im into basketball and really want to increase my Vertical which i have been quite successful at till now.I have 8 weeks time to decrease my body fat from 15% to below 10%.At the same time i also want to develop my shoulders and get a body like Lebron basically get ripped.I have a workout Plan but i need help with my nutrition.PLS help me out.
