    Intermediate Workout Help

    I've been training using Fierce 5 for one year now, what program should I do now?
    Routine: Fierce 5.
    Progress:
    OHP: 30kg
    Bench Press: 60kg
    Squat: 55kg;

    54kg, 1.58m, 13-14%.

    If your lifts are current then stick with the novice program and make sure your diet is in check. Most people switch at 225b/315s/405d. That's usually where LP tends to fall off.

    I think these are unrealistic goals for a 16 y old, 54kg, 1.65m, I increase the weight once every 2weeks on the bp with only 1.25kg and it still feels hard, same with the squat.

    You will need to gain weight to make progress. Use a calorie calculator and eat 200-300 calories over maintenance. I don't think slower progression is the answer.
