I think i have a tendonitis in my left arm. It came after i started doing low bar squats. What can i do to recover as quick as possible? I really want to hit the weights again asap!

For all tendonitis eccentric movements are the best, try with small weight like 2 - 3 kg. And dont curl, just eccentric, this is the key for tendonitis.
