I been on an intermediate fasting diet for past 8 months.... where I eat from 2pm-10pm
I try to workout before meal/cardio before 2 pm to get the day started post workout..... and I don't seem to be losing much weight. I do 70fat/200carbs/200-220 protein. im 28 6ft2 at 250..... and im stuck at 250 and I can't break it.....
my workouts can't be intense due to lack of able to go too heavy or routes due to injury. I do 45 min cardio 4x a week also in-between with some light workouts.....
now the question is.... am I under eating myself or overeating.... I would believe due to all the tdee calculators that im undereating..... but maybe im overeating???????
any opinions?

If you are not losing weight, you are eating too much; it's that simple. You are likely tracking wrong.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Eight months and no results, bro? That's gotta be hard!
You can easily get help from your GP to lose weight, as you're at an increased risk for cardiovascular disease (and more!). You have lots of options, some of which were originally designed to lift one's mood. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-obesity_medication
Like Vandeman points out, your macros would put you at some 2300 kcal. I'd recommend that you, at least for a week, track everything you eat in MyFitnessPal and use scales. As you're six foot two and workout for weight loss but keep them pounds, I'm guessing your eating guesstimate is off.

OP, why would you think that you are "undereating" if you're not losing weight? Do you really think its possible for your body to magically hold on to fat in a calorie deficit? If this were true then how would you explain the rail thin victims of concentration camps, or anorexics for that matter?
No, the reason you're not losing weight is because you're taking in too many calories on a weekly basis. Drop calories until you're losing 1-2 lbs per week. All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

OP, read this thread: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=175751811
It states you were stalled for a year with no loss. You posted that thread in the middle of May 2018, just about 8 months ago. See where I'm going with this?
You have some sort of issue, likely one that may require the assistance of a professional.
Or, you're just trolling.

always ate in that range of the 2300.... was scared of starvation mode where body holds on to fat and doesn't loose with calories being low. thats the reason why I fell in this situation of guilt. I will lower calories to see if its possible scared to go under 1800/2k mark for some reason but it is what it is

Eat less, workout more intensely. You didn't specifically give reason as to why you can't. I could be wrong, but it honestly just sounds like excuses. "Can't go heavy?" ummmm...ok....Go medium...wtf? get your ass on a treadmill, set it at 5mph (or just fast enough where you can't walk but aren't running, a comfortable slow jog) and go for 45 minutes straight. Unless you have a legitimate injury there is no reason you can't just push through the discomfort. Put the fork down too...
It's very commonplace that people with the same issues you are having over complicate the resolution. Literally put the fork down, shut up and train.
In the event that you are of a very small minority where you legitimately have some sort of medical issue preventing you from losing weight then I apologize for the flippant response. I don't intend to come off condescending but to be fair to myself (and the other posters ITT) I can smell the lack of discipline in your original post.
Typically the people who have this issue are slowly meandering into the gym and having an uninspired 2.5mph 20 minute elliptical workout and then going home and eating a salad with a gallon of whole buttermilk ranch dressing on it with 3 pepsi's.Sig line can't be a novel
