In-Kaged from Kaged Muscle watermelon flavor review

I was able to try this awesome product after winning it in a Superbowl prediction promo thanks to MentalistMan for having the promo.



I absolutely loved the flavor. It's watermelon and it taste sweet but not overbearingly sweet. It reminded me a of a watermelon jolly rancher but just a hint of it. It's definitely one of my all time favorite flavors 9.5/10



Mixability was perfect. No chunks, no solid pieces or residue. Almost no foam either. I wish every product dissolved this easily. 10/10


This product helped me a ton during my workouts. So i can definitely recommend it. After taking In-Kaged, i felt energized during my entire workout that last over 1.5-2 hours on average with cardio included. I last longer, don't get fatigued as quickly as usual. I like to take this before my work outs and also sip on it during my work outs because the flavor is just really great so i prefer it over regular water to hydrate me. It's very refreshing.
I had good focus and my strength didn't drop midway during my workout which is really a great thing if you're on a split like i am because then you don't neglect your other body parts at the end of the work out.

But what i loved the most from this product are the pumps. It has 3 grams of pure L-citrulline and it really helped giving me great pumps. Motivating me to lift harder. I have nothing but good things to say about this.



In-Kaged comes with a ton of good supplements with its formula. It has 124 mg of caffeine which is on the lower end of the spectrum. So it can be used as an intra workout or you can double scoop it and use it as a pre-workout. But personally i've gotten enough energy from just 1 scoop in my experience.
It also has 5 grams of fermented BCAA's, 3 grams of L-citrulline perfect for pumps, 500 mg of coconut water for hydration and a whole lot more.
You're getting a full package with this one.

Overall this ranks at among the top of any Intra-workout i've tried so far. Loved it and recommend it to everyone.
Great flavor, great energy, great pumps, and it's very refreshing. Can be taken before or during a work out and is very versatile supplement as well. 9/10

Thank you for the kind words sir! Before I got into KM I really hadn't utilized an Intra-Workout and man, it really does help! And it doesn't hurt that IMO two of the top 5 or so KM flavors are from IK.
