So im currently 200 pounds standing at 5ft 10in. I want to stay at 200pounds but want my body fat to go down to 13% from 20%. Im a beginner in training too. Only been doing it for about 2 months. Ik i should bulk or cut first but idk which one to do first and how far should i go with whatever one i choose. What would you do? Thanks!

Cut first, then spend about 12-18 months building muscle, then cut again...
Do things properly with nutrition and a good strength training program (see the Workout Program forum stickies), and in about 2 years you might reach your goal.Last edited by xsquid99; 02-20-2019 at 02:18 PM.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

You started here at 175 lbs at 13% in late 2017.
What happened since then?
I mean, it would seem you've ran your bulk cycle, and now you're asking is you should bulk/cut?
