I started on Fierce 5 about 2 months ago, and it's been going really well so far. I have kept up with the progression without any breaks, but I next week I am going on vacation for 2 weeks and won't be working out. After 2 straight months I am ready for a break, but My question is what weight I should use when I get back. The program suggests dropping weight by 15%, I don't know if I should do more or less considering I haven't failed any exercises but I will be going 2 weeks without a workout.
Any recommendations appreciated!
