Most accurate calculator is trial and error. Your tdee will also adjust over time as you add weight, lose weight, build muscle, etc

This. Any online calculator is just for a starting point, if you already know you’re between 2,400 - 2,600 no calculator will help you. Pick a number, track your calories. If you gain weight over a few weeks you’re in a surplus, if you lose, you’re in a deficit.

Though the vast majority complete their growth when they're 16-17, some continue to grow another inch or so in the late teens, - so I wouldn't eat at a deficit if I were you. It says in your tagline that you're cutting, so it may very well be that you're cutting away some potential height. Your body, your choice, but I would eat at a surplus.

Like Vandeman says, calculators would only get you so far, and the most accurate method is trial and error. The first calculator I tried put me at 2400 kcal to gain muscle. The second calculator spewed out a higher number, but also undershot. Currently I am at 3150 kcal (plus extra calories after running / walking more than ordinary). Whether 3150 kcal is right for me, I don't know yet. I'll adjust in a month.

If you've "trial and error" tested, and got to this point of such a small variance, why are you asking about the 2400-2600 numbers?

Otherwise, where did you pull the 2500-2520 from?

It's great that you want to be so precise. However, you are listing a range of less than 1%. You realize that calorie counts on food items (nutritional labels) can be "off" by up to 20%? Point being, you'll never accurately measure the difference between 2500 and 2520 calories.

Start counting calories, weight yourself every week, and adjust thereafter

2500 is as good a place as any to start. You can adjust if necessary. Good luck.

If you lost 1 pound a week for 3 months on 2500 calories, then your TDEE is 3000 calories.

No , Im currently cutting so my calories were 2100-2150 at start where my tdee was higher and currently 1980-2020 so I guess my tdee is around 2500 since I lose around 1lb in average every week .
