I am not a very muscular guy, 5'10" with a body weight of 71kgs. During the period of time when I worked out(1.5 years), I made some good gains that I personally liked on myself. During that time, I also went through some shoulder injury and had to quit working out. However, that lay off has lasted for 2 years now. Now, i want to step back in the gym and make some gains again and I am wondering, how long would it take for me to get back to my former state as when I was working out.
Thanks

Short answer: yup
Get back to the gym, eat at a slight surplus and focus on progressing on your major compound lifts. Your gains will come back in no time.I pull girls & do street interviews IRL, as seen on YouTube:
