    Would I Be Doing To Much?

    Not a avid lifter at all, so just let me know if I have something wrong. I was wondering if my plan on lifting would be to much and not be helping me. So I have a "Weight Lifting" class at my school and we lift for about 45 min 3 days of the week and now my season for water polo has begun. I was planning on going to workout as well after practice everyday for about a hour, give or take. So its about 45 min of lifting 3 days of the week in school, 6 days of mostly practice (unless we have a game or sum) for water polo, and these practices are around 2 hours long and thin I would head over to weight lift again for about a hour. Now I wouldn't be doing what I did on some of the days we lift in class but I dont know if this is to much or to some of you nothing, so just let me know.
