    I like One-arm Dumbbell Row.

I don't do EZ-bar Row because the weight doesn't go past 100 lbs.

If I am doing a Two-dumbbell Row, I like to lay my chest on a bench for better stabilization and it allows me to take away lower back involvement and focus more on upper back. (I believe it is called Seal Row/Chest-Supported Dumbbell Row)

    pick one,

however I prefer dumbbell rows due to better range of motion and it being easier to isolate the lats

One arm dumbbell row is one of the best upper back exercises. Combine it with pullups and deadlifts for a complete back.
