I struggle in my workout, but I don't get sore

I am 13, and I curl 55 pounds, 10 reps, for 6 sets. I struggle in my workout every time, but i don't get sore. If you have any knowledge on this please tell my how can I improve. (yes I use full range of motion, and cheat curl last 2-3 sets)
    age: 13
    weight: 127
    fat: 14.8%
    height:5,9
arms: 12.25 inches (my triceps are barley visible, most of my arm size comes from my biceps. I can curl more than I can do on a tricep push down)

    Try slowing down your reps

ill take that in mind, but i thought fast reps help build strength, no? I mean I go slow when going down.

Helps build explosive strength but if you want hypertrophy go slower. And work out your triceps more they are 2/3 of your arm

You are 5' 9" and 127 pounds --- I'm not sure how big you expect your arms to be at that weight.

Being sore does not indicate progress or a good workout; it is simply the body's response to new stimulus and it will go away as you get used to exercise (or other activities).
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

just eat a small meal (like 500 calories) about 5-7 times a day every couple hours, that helped my appetite a lot when i started.

also if you just started lifting a .75 inch gain in 1 year is easy, i went up about 4 inch in one year , i was at 10 in on my 13th birthday and its 2 weeks after my 14th now and i have 14 in biceps, i was about a skinny as you are now then (85lbs at 4,11) and i just gained 29 lbs (im 114 at 5,1 now) and just did some normal bench press with close grip bench every other time i benched and my triceps got huge and i only started training bicep about 4 months ago and they probably would have only been a bit bigger if i didn't train my triceps but i did and they a lot bigger now, so you should focus more on the triceps cause they're a bigger muscle than your bicep and they're easier to train in my opinion.

the only compound exercises i do is squat and deadlift. I have been doing bench for 6 months, and it does not get my chest, triceps, and delts as big if i were doing isolation exercises. so, i don't really do bench. (yes i do arch my back, keep my feet planted and point them out.)
