Tips to get bigger, also hey everyone! :D

First off, hey all in this forum! So, I'm 23, and have always been that guy that eats **** all and is skinny, naturally female friends are jealous and male friends Mock you, you know how it is, so for the past 4 weeks I've been lifting, and working on my chest/arms/forearms/abs. I've changed my food drastically and eating plenty now and healthy. Loads of proteins carbs etc. I've gained 7 kgs so far (i used to weigh 60, I'm 180cm)

How long would I have to lift to see effects and is there anything I SHOULDN'T do? I workout 2 days and then I have a recovery day.

Unless you were super skinny, adding that much weight in 4 weeks is far too fast and most likely, the majority is fat. Slow down, control your gain rate and get on a good, full body workout program
