Signature Series Review: Multi-Vitamin, Protein bar, Pre-workout, Creatine, BCAAs

First off, shout out to dj924s for the hook-up. It was nice of her to offer this to me free for a review. I also hope the embed works. I have tried everything in this stack except the pre-workout. I am a pre-workout crackhead and wanted to make sure that my system was free and clear of any other pre-workout before I tried it.




Bodybuilding Signature Series Protein Bars: chocolate chip cookie dough. 10/10. My favorite thing, by far, are the protein bars. The Bodybuilding Signature Series bars are literally the best bar I've ever had. I got the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor. If you're a former fat body and remember what Swiss Rolls taste like, that's what these bars taste like. Dead serious. I looked at the ingredients and it's your typical bar, but somehow they were able to compact an incredible taste into the bars. As soon as I took my first bite, I knew I was in trouble. I've had three already and am having a hard time not eating them all! I will definitely purchase these in the future and highly recommend them to everyone. With five grams of fiber and only five grams of sugar, plus being gluten free, what's not to love?! A literal 10/10!


These bars taste just like these. I have no idea how, but Bodybuilding knocked this out of the park!




Bodybuilding Signature Series BCAAs: Blueberry lemonade. Overall 7/10. The mixability was difficult and the taste was tart. I tried two different ways of mixing and using different amounts of fluid. The first time I used very little water and the taste was tart, which is always more likely when you use little fluid. The second time is when I took the picture and used more water. The flavor itself was great. I love blueberry and lemonade but it was a tart aftertaste.




Bodybuilding Signature Series Creatine: Overall a 9/10. I have no complaints about its taste and mixability. It mixed well and the taste was typical of creatine. No aftertaste and went down easily. I think it made me pee a lot though lol.



Bodybuilding Signature Series Multi-vitamin. Overall a 9/10. I had no issues with this either. I was happy with the amount of actual vitamins in the pill itself. It was a rather large vitamin but most are.


The only thing left is the pre-workout, but that's going to be a little bit later as I try it for a few days. It's also blueberry lemonade and since it's my flavor and my crack, I want to really enjoy it lol. I have to admit, though, it's going to be hard to beat those Swiss Roll-tasting bars.

Bodybuilding Signature Series Pre-Workout. Blueberry Lemonade. 8/10. I chose the flavor blueberry lemonade because it's my flavor. As some other reviews have stated, its mixability was difficult. That's my only complaint. It has what I want in a pre-workout. It has 1.5g of beta-alanine. I consider myself a pre-workout crackhead. It actually made me tingle, most particularly in the soles of my feet. I liked the flavor, too, obviously. I look for the effects of the pre-workout rather than the looks of it.

So, I've been holding off on commenting on this one. Its like this Mr. hendrixfreak70, at one time I was 44% heavier than I am. I'm very familiar with the works of Little Debbie. Fudge rounds, nutty buddy, Christmas tree cakes, and the holy grail.....Swiss Rolls.

With that said, I've never been a fan of protein bars. I have found them to either have all the charm of taffy rolled in dirt, without the sweetness. Or cardboard with a chemical taste.

The lure of the stellar reviews, and the prospect of a Swiss Roll taste was to strong to deny.......

LSS, they taste like a Swiss Roll!!! Seriously, you folks were right, these protein bars are amazingly good!!

Haha, big gurl gotta eat too. Seriously though, I just purchased some more with the 15% off CLUTCH because I liked them that much. I will do that periodically because I've never tasted a bar quite like it.

I didn't, but that may have definitely made a difference. I imagine it would've still been foamy, but it probably would have mixed better.

I havent tasted one in years but I can remember the texture of them and the CCCD's texture is out of this world.... think of it as a super soft and airy nougat.... like a 3 musketeers. in short bud theyre pretty effin amazing!
