On my pull day, which would be more beneficial to put first in my split? Lat pull downs or dumbbell row?

It doesn't matter, unless you want to be "fresher" and possibly stronger in training the lats at this angle as your first priority. Are you looking to increase your pull up strength? It may work. But you can always mix up the sequence of your sets that target different angles of the same muscle group.
