3500 calories everyday and NOT gaining weight

Forgive me if there is a topic on this but this is absolute stupidity. I am 17 years old and for 3 weeks I have been eating 3500 calories straight. I am dead serious. I have been weighing out the food. I do not skip meals. I ALWAYS make sure I get the calories in. I have been on this same diet for 3 weeks. Again, no bs, this is completely what I ate for 3 weeks consistently.

1 cup protein cereal: 230 cal 14 pro 30 carb
    2 egg: 156 cal 12 pro
    2 cup milk: 320 cal 16 pro 22 carb
    1 banana: 105 cal 27 carb
    1 apple: 95 cal 25 carb
    2 slice bread: 260 cal 12 pro 44 carb
2 tbsp peanut butter: 380 cal 14 pro 30 carb
    100g chicken breast: 150 cal 30 pro
2 cup brown rice: 400 cal 12 pro 90 carb
1 matrix protein bar: 410 cal 32 pro
2 blocks feta cheese: 140 cal 10 prot
half cup walnuts: 400 cal 10 prot 8 carb
1 cup cooked pasta 210 cal 7 prot 45 carb
1 cup kidney beans 225 cal 15 prot 53 carb

    Total calories are 3,481
    Total protein is 184
    Total carbs are 373
I did not calculate fats because I know I am getting them way over what I need.

I weigh 152 and I train 4 days a week. My routine is on point. I train each muscle group twice a week. Any advice? Because this chit is starting to piss me off. I tried 3000 and I won’t gain weight. Now it’s 3.5k STILL NO WEIGHT GAIN???? I weigh 151.8 at the end of week 3, which was yesterday.

On my last bulk, I had to get up over 4000 calories consistently to gain.
I'm a 5'2" woman and I was around 130 at the time. Right now, I'm mid-bulk, but have to hold maintenance for a couple of months to stay in my weight class for power lifting.
3500 is about maintenance for me.

So yeah, it might take more... I get that it seems ridiculous

When I was younger I went on a bit of a dirty bulk and remember eating chicken breast sandwiches and protein shakes with oats until I was almost sick. Then there's the stomach cramps when you skip a meal. I don't really miss it.

My maintenance is now around 2,400 - 2,800 calories and I think soon I'm gonna wish I could eat a bit more.

The grass is always greener on the other side I guess :-)

You are lucky. Very lucky. Try going for 4k for a week straight and you will feel the pain I feel.🤮

Try adding 100 calories once every week and weigh yourself every week, if you are not satisifed with the results still, add 100 more calories and repeat until you are satisified with your weight gain. Hope this helps.

I have definitely been adding calories all this time and I still can’t gain weight lol. 4000 calories here I go. If I can too fast I can absolutely drop.

Fun fact: Every teenage lies about their calorie intake. I doubt you're eating over 3500 calories every single day. Unless you're like 6'5", doing two sports and lifting + have a metabolism from the gods; then you're not eating 3500+ calories.

ProYeo, I hope you realize your "maintenance" is higher than any elite Female powerlifter...

    Squat 600 (predators + frantz canvas) / 441lbs
    Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) /578lbs
