Training advice
Hi guys!
I would like to ask opinions about my current training schedulle. Thnx in advance
PUSH DAY: Incline dumbell bench press, dumbell bench press, cable triceps pushdow, Dip machine assisted, shoulder press and lateral raise
PULL DAY: assisted pull up, incline dumbell curl, lower back machine, lat pull down and upright cable row
LEG DAY: front squats, dumbell lunges, abs and obliques
