So I have anterior pelvic tilt which gives me mad back pain whenever I overhead press. I went on YouTube and found stretches and stuff, but I'm confused. Watching "Fix anterior pelvic tilt in 5 mins" hasn't helped me fix my postural issue in 5 mins. I've done all the stretches and my pelvis doesn't seem to be popping back into normal position. Is there a daily stretching routine I have to do, and if so, for how long? Btw, I'm 15 not old, I just have **** posture from sitting all day long

It will gradually get better but its not overnight.
Edit: The exercises that was most effecient for me was the body weight squat the guy in the video does, then BB squats when i started lifting weights.
Anterior pelvic tilt is caused by underdeveloped, tight muscles in your lower body, generally.Last edited by Mmjk1500; 02-16-2019 at 02:03 AM.
