    Loose skin after weight loss?

I plan to go from 310 to 200ish and the main thing I'm worried about is loose skin. I'm planning on building muscle the same time I'm losing, so hopefully that'll help. I've seen some people with really bad loose skin after weight loss and it's always been a fear of mine.

I don't think people give consideration to this sort of thing when they're overeating/gaining weight. Maybe they never plan to lose, maybe they don't care, I don't know.

I'd simply concentrate on dropping the weight and being healthier. There is much more risk from obesity than issues from loose skin. Surgery is always an option, but what the skin is able to do on it's own varies person to person, and takes time.
