Training for pacer test at home?

Would HIIT work? 45 second sprints and 15 second rests for 10-12 minutes? I am looking to increase my pacer test to 9+ and I'm wondering what exercises would work and that can be done at home (It's icy out and winter)

Yes, a HIIT workout would work great. Honestly, any running will help. Just try to really push yourself to build up your endurance, lung, and heart strength.
    Bench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)
    Squat 600 (predators + frantz canvas) / 441lbs
    Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) /578lbs
    Power Clean 100kg x 8
    Vertical 29in

Don't forget to download a pacer app and test yourself every now and then.
