    Protein and oats?

So I'm having an issue drinking my protein shake, but I feel as if it would be much easier to make it as I prepare my porridge/oat meal. The thing holding me back is - under such high temperatures, wouldn't the protein denature and pretty much be pointless at that point? Hope someone can help out

Do you even know what denaturing means in regards to protein? I'm guessing not, because if you did you'd realize that denaturing doesn't mean you don't absorb it....

What do you think COOKING meat does? How about eggs?

Raw eggs, aka 'undenatured' eggs, are LESS bioavailable... so... yeah.
