my stats are
Body weight :76 kg

I have tried some of online BMR ,TDEE calculates and all of them give a normal numbers like 2000-2700 cals a day for maintenance ,and i have tried to go with that numbers and reducing 500 cal and that means to eat 1500 cal but that didn't work ,untill I have tried to reduce my daily cal to 1200 and then i have started to lose weight ,but i can't live like that because i feel always hungry and tired ,so is that normal ? or I have missed somthing

OP, it sounds like you misread the output of a calculator.
Firstly, those things are just guesses, only real experience of how your body responds to different calorie levels will tell you the true story.
Secondly, you didn't say how long you ran that calorie level while accurately counting your intake. If it was less than 2 weeks then we can't read anything into the situation because any changes could easily be masked by water weight.

Are you logging your exercise calories and looking at your net when you say you're eating 1500 calories? Or are you actually sticking 1500 calories of food/bev in your mouth?
MFP is set up so that you log your exercise and eat those calories on top of your base calorie goal. Then it gives you a net number, which is the number of calories you actually ate in total less the exercise calories. Example:
Goal: 1500 calories
Ate: 2200 calories
Exercise: 700 calories
Net: 1500 calories
The problem with this is that it's difficult to get a good gauge on how many exercise calories you've burned so you can easily end up overeating.

I don't log my exercise cals because i don't know how to count them ,but my workout routine is like this
day 1 : back and traps (60 minutes )
day 2 : chest (50 minutes )
day 3 : arms" Bi and Tri" (60 minutes)
day 4 : resting
day 5 : back and Biceps (65 minutes )
day 6 : chest and Triceps (65 minutes)
day 7 : shoulders and traps (65 minutes )
day 8 : resting
and repeat ..

Here's what works for me.
I cannot lose weight easily unless I remove sugar from my diet.
I'm suppose to eat 2,700 calories a day. i like Coke so even if I throw in a Coke and my calories are still 2,700 I will not lose weight. Sugar makes it impossible for me to lose weight especially soda.
If my total calories is made up of all clean foods - chicken / Jasmine rice / nuts I can eat 2,700 calories and lose weight.
Counting calories is extremely misleading because people begin to think you can throw in a lot of surgery foods...
