Hey guys. The title really says it all. At the moment I weigh 210 and I’m 6.3 tall. I’ve been working out on and off for about six years now. At the moment I feel pretty small and I’d like to add some size, but I also have a waist of about 35. I kind of want to bring that back to 32 and then start a bulk, but I’m not sure if I’ll lose too much weight before I reach that point. What do you guys think?
Cut, but do it while lifting heavy, lift harder than ever before. I know you said you where on and off so you maybe still able to lose fat and gain muscle by working harder than ever before.
