In 10oz of water sweet tea was more appealing, maybe green apple requires more

EAA Energy gives sustained stimulation which encourages dropsets, supersets, etc. However, Alpha EAA really allowed me to focus on engaging particular muscles throughout lifts and aggressively engage heavier weights.
