You will need to build more muscle before worry about abs. If you tried cutting that low you would look really small and thin. As already stated you added a very small amount of calories and continuously weight train you should gain a higher percentage of muscle to fat. You may not get abs from this but you will look more solid and built.

Sounds good. The key is to only consume 200 calories more then TDEE maintenance in order to increase weight by 2lbs a month. Now from personal experience and simply seeing it all the time sticking to only 2lb gains a month is a challenge in itself, so focus on trying your best to follow this amount after the first 2 weeks as weight increase will be more as you have more water weight/ glycogen and food in your system.
After the first two weeks then aim for 2lbs a month. If you do over 2lbs a month (something like 4-5lbs) then drop calories back until you are in this zone. For how long depends if you are only gaining 2lbs a month then you could go for up to 6 months to a year that depends on the amount of fat you gain of this 2lbs which hopefully will be minimal.

Bulk hard man and don't concern yourself too much with the fat gains. The absolute worst thing you can do on a bulk is not eat enough.
Most people have trouble estimating their calorie intake with laser precision. If you think you are only 250 calories over maintenance and you are off by as little as 10% (which isn't bad, honestly) you could still be eating at maintenance. I think the minimum surplus anyone who is not weighing and tracking their food with extreme precision should shoot for is 500 calories over maintenance. Then if you are off by 10%, you still are at a surplus. Better to gain a time bit of extra fat than screw up for 3 months and still be in the same spot.---Get those Negs ready---
