    Question Am I Over-Bulking

25 years old. I am 6 foot 1 inch . I started bulking about 2 months ago weighing 145- 150. I am now 160-165. I went from around 2500 calories a day (before bulking), to 3500 a day (First month of bulking) and currently been on 4500 a day. I am absolutely gaining weight as well as strength. My problem is that my stomach has been bloated (visually noticeable)almost daily for 2 weeks or so. Am I overeating? Am I eating the wrong food? Am I doing something wrong in the gym? I am also on whey protien powder and a daily preworkout. Both contain creatine. Someone help?

You're averaging almost 2lb/week... what do you think?

Considering most people can only generate about 2 lbs of muscle PER MONTH with near perfect training and nutrition, what do you think?
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

you are bulking too fast. it is a bad idea to bulk faster than 1 pound a week. if you want to have 0 bodyfat gains, bulk at about 1 pound every 2 weeks. but 1 pound a week will give more muscle gains than 1 pound every 2 weeks.
