Hey guys I was going for a bench 3RM PR about a month ago when I felt a sharp pain between my chest and front shoulder near the armpit during the last rep. Since then I've had this awful pain everytime I try to do any horizontal pressing at the same spot no matter what amount of weight I use. I have no problems with overhead pressing, dips even high incline bench but I can't do any horizontal bench. Do you have any idea what it might be and any tips ?
