I'm a beginner and after looking for hypertrophy workouts I found Fierce 5. As a student, these program seems really good because it's less time consuming compared to others. But I have a few questions:
Is the program good for skinny guys trying to bulk?
How much times should I rest between sets?
Isn't the chest volume too low? (only 3 sets of 5 reps in workout A)
Last one, If I change front squats and RDL for DL and leg curl respectively (as recommended by the author of the program), will I progress on the same pace?
