    Fierce 5 questions

    I'm a beginner and after looking for hypertrophy workouts I found Fierce 5. As a student, these program seems really good because it's less time consuming compared to others. But I have a few questions:

    Is the program good for skinny guys trying to bulk?

    How much times should I rest between sets?

    Isn't the chest volume too low? (only 3 sets of 5 reps in workout A)

    Last one, If I change front squats and RDL for DL and leg curl respectively (as recommended by the author of the program), will I progress on the same pace?

    2m for accessory. 3 to 5m for heavy lfits depending how hard the last set was.

    No, OHP works chest too done full range of motion.

    OHP doesn't really work the chest much...
    I would agree aswell that the volume per week for chest is pretty low.

    Do Incline bench then....

    Will work shoulders and chest....AND, it will give you a chest workout 3 times a week....

    if you knew how the program worked, you wouldnt be saying this! OP do the program as written! theres a reason as to why your doing what it says to do!!
