Thumbs up I have poor leg circulation and only 5 toes!

First let me start with Hello.
Second, I am not a diabetic. I have a blood disorder called protein S deficiency. (I form blood clots easily). Because of said disorder, my lower leg circulation is poor and I've also had venous leg ulcers. Just like a diabetic, but the only difference was I felt every moment of those ulcers for almost 16 years. (Yea, I'm kind of a bad a##) They were mostly on my ankles and toes.
Third, no I do not have any ulcers. Last ones I had disappeared with my left toes.
Forth, I'm asking for some tips to improve my cardio. I can't really run, jog, or walk, not because of my uneven feet, but the more Im on my feet I'm more likely to form an ulcer.
For the first time in 16 years, I'm at a point in my life where I'm not afraid to do stuff or go somewhere without being in an enormous amount of pain.
Any tips on what to do would be amazing. Thanks in advance.
