    I think I have tendonitis?

Hey guys, I'm 31 and started lifting when I was about 23. I took a year off when I was 30 and just started getting back into it again but Im noticing in the inside crease of my right elbow I get a pain when I do a curling motion in toward my chest. When I straighten my arm back out I dont feel the pain. Its been going on for about 2 months now and hasnt got any better.

If it is tendonitis is there anything I can do to correct it?

    Thanks in advance!

Could be tight muscles putting stress on the tendon, could be tendinitis. Go see a doctor.

Only cure for tendonitis is time . It can take years if you continually aggravate it . It’s best to stop an exercise right away if it enflames your tendons , or get more rest time between working the same group again.
Don’t do fast explosive movements, use good form and slow controlled reps.

I take naproxen almost every day , and sometimes have to use dumbbells for bench pressing instead of a bar .
Cold compresses ,acupuncture may help a little .
    Make Misc great again
