    Brown vs. white rice

    Probably has been posted a million times ,but is white rice far superior to brown post workout for gains?

    No, it will make no difference. Most people do not benefit from postworkout carbs at all.

    You signed up on this forum almost 3 years ago. Have you been making significant gains during this time? If not, please read the stickies and finally teach yourself the basics so you can start being more productive with your training/nutrition. If so, congrats on being productive without knowing the fundamentals; I still suggest learning the basics to help guide you when you reach a plateau.
